Patrick Kaldawy

Patrick has 25 years of experience in B2B SaaS and D2C Commerce, including a decade at Insightly, where he rose to VP of Engineering and built and scaled complex tech ecosystems serving millions of daily active users. When PE firm Crest Rock Partners acquired Insightly, it tapped Patrick to lead the technical integration of three portfolio companies — Insightly, Unbounce, and LeadsRx — and promoted him to SVP of Engineering. He ran that merger for two years, delivering a unified platform and organization before exiting to start his own company.

Patrick now leads Kaldway Technology Group (KTG), where he works as a fractional CTO alongside PE firms and their portfolio companies. He has taken part in three M&A transactions on both the buy and sell side. Patrick embeds directly with leadership teams and presents to their boards, merging business objectives with creative, cost-effective technology strategy that owns the long-term roadmap — helping companies build the right systems the first time.

He has led:
